If you are buying a house, we will carry out a thorough investigation to ensure all matters concerning boundaries, covenants, rights of access, the supply of any services and any alterations or additions to your property have been fully addressed to our mutual satisfaction.
We will provide you with a clear and understandable report detailing all these matters and with copies of any relevant documentation, including the Contract. Should you have any queries with regard to your property following completion of your transaction, this report should be able to answer any questions, but we will be happy to talk to you about any points that arise.
We are happy to liaise with your Estate Agent, Mortgage Lender or Broker and to keep them fully advised as to progress.
If you are remortaging your property, we are also happy to deal any queries or questions regarding this.

We are also able to help with Home Information Packs. Unlike some other Solicitors or Estate Agents, we provide full Searches in our HIPs, which are acceptable to any Mortgage Lender or Solicitor.
